The Engagement:

The obligations of AusInvest Property ('AIP') appointed 3rd party Licensed Financial Services Providers shall be to build, prepare and present to the Client a finance strategy which will be specific finance strategy options, giving due regard to the Client's circumstances and the needs and objections of the Client. This strategy shall be delivered to the Client, at the offices of AIP, where a consultation will be held to enable both AIP and the Client to gain a better understanding of the Clients current financial position.

The Disclosure:

The Client confirms that the finance and personal information provided to AIP is an accurate summary of the Clients situation, and confirms that they are aware that by providing only limited information to AIP and/or its 3rd party Licensed Financial Services Providers, the Client may receive inappropriate information and may risk making a financial commitment that may not be appropriate for the specific needs and objectives of the Client.

The Appointment:

Consent on any decision is required by both parties of a relationship, therefore both parties (if applicable) must attend the appointment on the said day and time. The team will put in 100% and give you so much value. Client must allow 3 hours for the initial office consultation.

Investment & Payment:

Upon signing this appointment order, the Client acknowledgement and requests that AIP immediately commences to undertake work to prepare for the appointment, as well as engage the services of licensed financial service providers to prepare for the requested date and time. The Client agrees to pay AIP the sum of the Consultation/Administration Fee for the preparation of the strategy, In the event the appointment date and time is cancelled or unattended by the Client, the Client acknowledges that the fee will not be refunded.

The Agreement

No financial or real estate advice was given during the 'initial consultation’ by the Representative.

Statement of Acknowledgement of Understanding

Before making a booking, you acknowledge and agree, without reservation to the following:


1) To provide AIP with relevant personal information, which to your knowledge and belief is an accurate reflection of your current circumstances, in order to permit AIPs associated licensed professional professional advisors, to prepare and present a more appropriate strategy to you.


2) That no information provided by AIP and/or its directors, employees, consultants, telephone representatives, or any other agent ('Representatives') is for the purpose of providing personal financial advice to you, and that all information provided by AIP is of a general nature only and is not strictly contingent upon the client's financial circumstances or objectives.


3) That the information provided by AIP and/or its representatives does not in any way constitute a recommendation to invest in any product, service/s or property. That is the sole responsibility of the client to assess wether the information provided by AIP and/or its representatives is appropriate for the individuals needs and circumstances.


4) That AIP is not a licensed financial services provider, and that advice should be sought from an independent and licensed financial advisor prior to making any financial investment that is disclosed or offered by AIP to you. That AIP is licensed to give advice and deal in real property. Whilst advice is offered to the client for the benefit of the clients real property/investment portfolio and informed decision-making, AIP recommends that clients seek their own independent professional advice.


5) That AIP does not hold itself as providing any form of other advice nor should it be treated as providing such advice, whether legal, financial, insurance, superannuation or otherwise. That neither AIP nor any associated companies provide any guarantees in relation to any of the properties, products or services disclosed or offered by its Representatives.


6) The client acknowledges that all investments are subject to risk, and can rise and fall in value and can involve the loss of capital. Information regarding past performance if investment options is no indication of their future performance. Any forecasts provided by AIP and/or its Representatives are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice.


7) No director, employee or agent of AIP gives any representation, guarantee or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any of the information provided, including any errors, omissions or misrepresentations in the information contained within that information, although intended to be accurate, they cannot be relied upon.


8) That neither AIP, not its directors, employees or agents can be held liable for any costs, expenses, losses, damages, claims, proceedings or liabilities provided by AIP or any of its Representatives. That the Representatives of AIP are at all times acting in their capacity, and that as a result they may retain commissions as a consequence of client retention, production or strategies or any other services provided to the Client.


9) That AIP has adopted the Privacy Policy to ensure the privacy and security of the Client. A copy of the Privacy Policy has been provided or made available to you, together with this acknowledgement.
